Could someone tell me what the wattage is of this LED?

LED

The best specs I can find say that tis LED has a radiometric power of 1.5W. I got that from the data sheet here My confusion lies in the fact that the mouser site says that this unit has 4 LEDs. So does this mean it is a 6W LED or is this just an expensive 1.5W in a nice package?

Roughly 5w per package.
There are better choices out there.

Read grasshopper read.

If you take a look at the specs (https://www.illumitex.com/lighting-leds/surexi/) you will see that this LED is in fact a matrix of 4 'areas' (an area can be a chip or a matrix o chips), with a reflective mask on top for light focusing.

Having a forward voltage of ~10V and a nominal current of 500mA, this gives you the total power consumption of 5W. The radiometric power is in fact the real amount of light emitted by those leds and I found this quite as an act of honesty from the producer. The difference between the total power and radiometric power if the power converted into heat.

But I tend to believe that this LED matrix consist not on 4 LEDs, but in 16 led chips , 4 of each wave length. I don't know if there are led chips on the market having a forward voltage grater than ~4V per chip, usually between 2 and 4Volts (but it's just my personal guess, not an official data).

I think the real advantage of those LEDs is the reflective mask. The closer the mask to the panel, the less light is waste on the sides, and I think this is the reason for it's price of 10,62 €/piece.

You guys just confirmed what I was thinking, I know .5A X 10V = 5 watts but the 1.6W rating was confusing me, thanks for the help. I know electronics, what I don't know about are LEDs and light specs. Is there a good tutorial on designing your own horticultural LED light? This 5W package puts out 1.6W of useable light energy, is this average for a 5W package?

Well, I whish I knew that. Or at least I wish to know how to measure the total radiated light by my LEDs (I can measure the light intensity - now almost smartphone can do that, but not the total radiated energy).

And regarding the tutorial, I think we have to work hard in the following two years to generate enough knowledge to be put together in such useful book or movie. But LED era is still in it's early age so we are the ones that discover and discover it's capabilities and potential.
