Not sure what the point of that would be, but if it's spoofing, you can do that without an app.

I figured it was just a spoof app. If you want a disposable number buy a burner. =)

In order to do that you would require Fake Phone Number Generator tools so that you can get through the OTP verification process easily. There are a lot of tools like:

Fake Number
Fake Phone Number
Get New Identity, etc.
There are other methods too but I would suggest you to read more about them before deciding which one would be best for you.
