AK47 Bud Structure

Hi everybody.
I have a problem with my AK47. They are flowering since 37 days and some of the Headbuds have a weird form.
It´s about my tenth grow with this strain and it happened once before alonger time ago. I am completly in the dark because of this. About 60% of the plants have this weird bud structure.
The rest of the plants looks good as usuall. Does anyone have an idea? I upload a few pictures for a better understanding.

Here is a picture of a grow with the same clones in a different place without these problem. Both get exact the same nutrients. The Equipment is almost the same.

The plants from the picture in the middle have indeed not much distance to the HPS. My Air Supply from Outside cools the growroom down to 16C (60F) when the lights are off. This is my actuall theory to the problem.

1. Heatstress with lights on
2. Light leak
3. Lights too far away/ old bulbs...
Any of these three things will cause the buds to space out... Az
