Ground wire in cool tube

I usually don't touch anything with bare wires, but I have no option this time.

Wiring up a cooltube, I can't figure out the ground. I go White to white, black to black goes firmly in the plastic housing, fastened by screws (on either side of green wire)

When I connect my ground (green) wire, does it have to go to the same screw as the green wire in the cooltube (the green wire in picture), or can the lamp ground wire attach to either screw, as long as its touching metal?

My ground wire on my lamp cord has a ring end, not just a wire, so it won't go into the plastic housing unless I cut it.

You can put it under the existing ring-end terminal where it is screwed down to the metal, or clip off the terminal and use the terminal block. It doesn't matter as long as you have a good, continuous connection to the metal.

Thank you sir, thought I might have to ditch the ring-end, but this is easier
