While testing some links I added yesterday I couldn't get this one working..

Don't tell me this is happening all over.

Anyone care to speculate? Seems it was working a coiuple days ago. Links from google are pretty dead too.

It's likely the DEA have their dicks out again.

Here's a suggestion. Get busy copying everything you can before it's all gone just in case. Hide it on your friends offline comp as well. Put a copy on a cd and send it to your Mum/Gran/oldest friend for safekeeping...

The energy and time many have spent here bemoaning the loss of OG could have been utilised to flood the web with pot information and encourage as many as possible to copy it as well.

The DEA won't be able to mess with the whole globe no matter how up themselves they are.

At this point in time the RMCP has Canadian OG servers in their hands. Where do you expect to find impunity if operating outside the law? You don't, right?

I think that marijuanaworld was just news and information as far as I know. 50000 cannabis patients near me and the majority have grow permits I'm pretty sure. We expect impunity here because of the laws of this state. Let's make it clear, this is voter initiated legislation lawmakers can't repeal without a vote of the people.

In Canada seed vendors flew under the radar for years but they never initiated any legislation to give themselves any impunity and therein is where the problem lies. What they are doing is illegal in both countries USA and Canada. I'm sure the DEA complained daily since day one about seeds sales and it fell on deaf ears for how long?

You can easily avoid US servers but when is the last time you voted, btw?

Never voted because I only went to the US to study college. I wasn't too keen on permanent residency/ citizenship and/or green card either...

All these servers in the US need to watch themselves - there are ways to avoid the DEA's prosecution, but none of them seem to be paying attention..

- Keep the server PRIVATE (Privately owned property), so that the EP laws take effect (Electronic Privacy Acts)

- Do not have anything else illegal on the property with the server, ie, plants, bud, paraphenelia

- Do not associate the website with any seed VENDORS - DEALERS - or anything else thats considered an illegal 'service'

- Keep it news and info for 'educational' purposes, which is perfectly legal. (Tons and tons of disclaimers)

- Require strict ToU (Terms of Use) and make users register and AGREE to the ToU before they are allowed to view the information or even post.

Other servers with tons of illegal information have been following these rules for years in the US and have not been bothered - when will people learn?
