we have made changes to the printable order form
its now an interactive PDF
this means you can type in the info & prices rather than hand writing them out
this will help the staff if you do it this way as they will have no problem reading the info

Please Use capital letters where appropriate

Postage can be combined for Boo & Bay orders but still 4 packs for 1 shipping payment

will the bay get a similar form or can use same one? would be nice to just type and fill in the blanks instead of writing it all out. THanks

bay already has an automated form Multiple order form
you can enter 4 auction numbers and get it to print it out for you
