Urgent !! Need Someone That Knows The Laws To Answer This Question Please
If a chopper / the police find marijuana plants ( 4 ) in my yard do they have the right to search my home ?
Im in N.C A search chopper just flew low and slow right over my home and even did a little turn The chopper came from the back side of my yard where they would not have seen them until the got in the front of my yard But after it passed over my home it did almost like a half u turn where it flew the other direction up my road I dont know if they were seen or not but in case they were im moving them ( only 4 ) But i have plants indoors also and dont know if i need to cut my indoor loses and just take all the lights and everything out , Does anyone know if they have the right to search the inside of my home for finding plants outside ? Thanks in advance fellas urgent |

What time did this happen? If they saw them they will call ground units to check everything out. At a minimum I would get rid of the outdoor plants ASAP.

I would not have marijuana growing in my yard if I lived in NC. They are trained to spot weed. Maybe everything will be fine, but if it was me I would get rid of them quick. You may not have enough time anyways.

Get em all out bro, not even worth the risk. What did the heli look like?
Then again there has probably been about 100 threads on helicopters and nothing ever ended up happening. |

It was one of those state police choppers
They were flying very low , right over the tree tops After it passed my yard it turned right around going up the other direction but still passing my house again only slightly further away |
