Buyer Beware! Green Brothers Hydroponics = SNITCHES!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a grow light from Green Brothers hydroponics on ebay. They shipped a large adjustawing hood in the original sunlight supply box. Zero discretion. After leaving them a negative feedback on ebay I got the following reply:

"Police have been notified that you are a marijuana grower. Good luck. Seriously.

- greenbrothershydro"

THEN they left this feedback message for me:

"Marijuana Grower Looking for Discretion in Shipping. Already notified police."

What kind of grow shop does this?

You have been warned.

Here is their website: https://www.greenbroshydro.com/

Their brick and mortar is here:

14072 Osborne St
Panorama City, CA 91402
(818) 891-0200

P.S. If you don't believe me, do a google search for these guy's ebay page and look at the feedback they have left for others. You will clearly see that I am telling the truth.

Also, I will upload a screen shot of the ebay feedback here in case they revise it. (below)

P.S. I'm 100% legal and under my limits so don't be worried about ol Bill. This is just a heads up to not do business with these low lifes!!! I wouldn't snitch on my worst enemy, that shit crosses the line!

P.S.S. Out of over 100 mail order deliveries of hydroponics nutrients and/or grow equipment this has NEVER happened prior. So, please don't lecture me. I'm just trying to lookout for my fellow growers.

As far as buying grow lights and ballasts new....www.plantlightinghydroponics.com is the tits. When I do buy from ebaY...these names have been very reputable:

bulkhydro
hydrosource
pokerpro
sunflowersupplies

there are a few more....but all of them have been discrete....quick...and courteous.

I'm with pizza man, PL Hydro has the cheapest prices, ship quick, discreet
and never a hassle.
got the wrong item, they told me to keep it and sent what was needed the next day.
i really try to not do anything on Ebay unless it goes thru a 3rd party

those greenbastards are some arrogant mofo's,
i doubt they really notified LEO but there's no call for shite like that... period!
wish we could let em know thousands of IC'ers and the online cannabis community
will not do any biz with em on Ebay or their store.
really, if people walking in their store or on ebay knew they tell the cops if you complain
they wouldn't be in biz very long!

that feedback on ebay is permanent, they can't remove it

I will never use ebay again for things of this nature. However, I have had many great experiences with eastwesthydro, plantlightinghydro, growco & ehydro and will continue to endorse and use them.

I'm experiencing a bit of a roller coaster ride with this seller right now. When I pointed out that if I contacted sunlight supply and advised them to view the feedback green bros hydro left for me on ebay which contains the "m" word, that they would most likely not be a distributor for sun supply anymore they smartened up a bit. So I thought.

They offered to refund me for the light and remove/revise the feedback they left for me in return for me removing the feedback I left for them. I initially agreed, however today I got an email from the seller stating that ebay informed them that seller feedback cannot be removed. Well then they have no way of making good on the original deal and said deal is void pending renegotiation, right?

I told them if they can't remove my feedback I'm not removing theirs! My 11 year ebay feedback record as a buyer/seller and respective paypal account is clearly as much if not more of a consideration than their ebay store that has been open for less than 30 days and has 7 feedback. This is reasonable thinking right?

I'm honestly not that worried about them reporting me to the police because I am 100% legal and squeaky clean. Of course I'd rather avoid the experience but if it went down I don't think much would happen other then a minor inconvenience followed by an excessive improvement with my mild to moderate paranoia issues that virtually every grower suffers to some degree or another.

It's pretty obvious to me that this seller has much more incentive to indemnify me than the other way around. Oh yeah, They claimed to have just been bullshitting about reporting me to leo. I actually believe them. I guess that's kind of important to mention. Only time will tell. These screen shots aren't going anywhere. I can decide to end their ability to distribute for sun supply with one email. That's a lot of leverage.

The only wild card in the equation that I see is their stupidity to not correctly asses the situation. If they are dumb enough to break rules 1 AND 2 back to back they are definitely unpredictable.

Will update when it's over. It's not over yet.

Damn.. messed up stuff.

You're playing it cool.. If that was me they'd be seeing the brick and mortar version of my ebay alias real quick.

A bunch of stupid kids or what? I'd be certain you speak with the owner of the shop if you havn't been already. Owner might not even know he has some assholes running his store/web biz..

You know that is an excellent point. I hadn't even considered that. I will call tomorrow and see what I discover. I'll let you know. Thanks for the great insight.

Will do brother. Thanks for chiming in. It's an honor to have you join my thread as your, "blaze one up hits the dirt" thread completely changed the way I grow a few years back. I'm 100% amended soil + plain water/molasses & light teas these days and getting great results. Cheers.
