Our good friend and patient Joe Winslow has passed away...
What an awesome life. A roadie for the Grateful Dead and founder of Hard Truckers Speakers. Many of the roadies from the old Grateful Dead originals attended the memorial service on Saturday. It was an awesome farewell to Joe from this life. Sparky, Buck, Steve and the wizard spoke about their years with Joe and their days with the Dead.
Keep on truckin Joe.. See you in the next life.

We all laughed and cried and it was a great celebration of Joe's life!! It was an honor to attend and sit and hear the personal stories from the original people like Dennis Wiz Leonard. He loved Joe hard as did everyone there. Joe and his wife Sandi had such a strong love it glowed like the sun. He was a MOST righteous dude that I give much respect to. I can't wait to see what he will pull off in the next life.

in the next life he will be much the same though completely unrecognizable, he will learn some valuable lessons that will make him a better man.

like a star , he will go brighter and brighter till he reaches the world beyond the world beyond this one.

Sorry for your losses.. i never understood that term. sorry, as its a natural form of life. we loose, we gain. etc. its natural. but it still creates a void That is easy filled with warm thoughts of who you lost. Good vibes coming your way.
