wuld this work ?
veg 4 clones under 110watt fluros for 3 weeks, then flower under a 400hps... after the clones have been vegged take another 4 clones and vegg them and pt them in whilst the others r still flowering etc etc and so on ? untill i can fund a 600hps

Yes.
You were a little unclear, but taking clones from a flowered plant will set you back. If you are starting with 4 clones, flowere 3 and keep one in veg as a mom. You can flower it later.
