I am going to be using their line of nutes for this grow but am stumped as to exacty this products' use.

I believe it's original use was for adding aroma to one's plants/flowers.... but was told at the shop that it can be sprayed as a preventative for insects.

I searched for info on this prodcut and could not find much.Would love to hear from anyone that has used it and why?And did it work as described?

Also,does anyone know if it is safe to use on young plants as a preventative?

hi lucy,
this is about my 10th grow.i started using ej last grow.i have mixed my own ferts. in the past. used salt bases etc.have to say so far ej is the easiest and best i have used so far. i use the formula on the grow bottle.there are more threads in here and the bottle has there web add.

I am aware how their Grow,Bloom formula's work and as I using their line right now...my question has to do with their Escential Spray only.After much searching,I am unable to find detailed info on it.I have also been on the Earth Juice website and the info they provide there is limited at best.No customer service number or e-mail either,or I would call.

I was wondering the exact same thing as u Lucé, I also kinda wonder bout the catalyst as it seems to jst b extremley low levels of major nutrients ... I hope it helps the plants tho

the catalyst is a must and the escential is hardly that.

O tru jiggy. I know its not a fertilizer lol bt i was jst wondering if it did much, bt from wat u've said i take it it has certain ingredients in it which increase nutrient availability to the plant, thats gud!!!

I'm trying an Earth Juice fert program that is (approx.)

2ml Grow
1ml Bloom
1ml Catalyst
1.5ml Microblast
per 4L water
(Using it every second watering or so)

I'm considering upping the Grow to 3ml
- Can anyone recommend any changes to this fert program? (please only advice from experience, nt wat u've read somewhere. Cheers )

I'm currently using this fert program in soil with slow release already in it wen bought bt will soon be changing to a soiless ix (1/3 perlite, 1/3 vericulite, 1/3 peat moss). Will this b enough nutrients for a soiless mix? or will i need to add a slow release?

yes i am bt i'm using it every day or every second day, instead of every 7-14 days so thats y the doses are low.

Hey there everyone

I choose to use the entire EJ line except essentail spray.... I would say that if your going to use EJ to get the.... Grow, Bloom, Catalyst and Micro, I also have Meta-K but have really yet to know when to use it, those 4 keep my plants healthy and happy. My Feeding schedule changes from plant to plant but i usually start with this....

Veg- 1 tblspn Grow
1 tspn Bloom
1 tspn Cat
1 tspn Micro (every other water)

Bloom- 1tblspn Bloom
1tspn Grow
1tspn Cat
1tspn Micro

This is what i feed my plants every time i water, no breaks in between for plain water, my plants love it..
