Lavender Crosses?
I was lucky enough to have a generous grower give me 5 Lavender crosses he made. I was wanting to get ahold of some Soma genetics forever but really didn't have the extra cash to get any. If anybody has made these same crosses and grown them out tell me what I can expect.
Crosses: Rock Bud x Lavender Somango x Lavender Sweet Tooth x Lavender Skunk x Lavender K2 x Lavender The Lavender used in the crosses is a male. The same male I believe was used on all crosses.

Never heard of L2. Is that the K2 x Lavender cross?

From what I've experienced hybridizing SOMA x SOMA strains I've found that the crossing of plants with a common ancestor (specifically the "Afghan Hawaiian" present in Rockbud and many other soma flaves) it can result in a loss of hybrid vigour...the seedlings which contain AfHaw x AfHaw (Rockbud, I dont believe Somango has the Afghan Hawaiian in it..) will most likely be smaller and less vigorous than the rest...
*I know from experience from comparing my Island Sweet Skunk x Lavender, Blue Moonshine x Lavender, and Afghan Delight x Lavender....I wanted the AfDel x Lavender to be a combo of the incredibly broad/leathery leafed parents but what I got was a bunch of incredibly retarted looking runts that were nowhere near as explosive w/ growth as the others... **I also want to thank you for using proper nomenclature in the listing of the hybrids (Female x Male)... |

I was wondering the same thing with the Soma x Soma crosses because of the same genetics being in both strains. I guess I'll find out when I grow them. I plan on growing my Somango x Lavender cross pretty soon.

does the k2 cross
turns purple, and produce a ounce to a ounce and a half per plant.
