They are made to reflect light out, so I figured, why not try running one backwards?

Got up to about 220 F at best, but pretty sure could get it hotter on a good day easy.
Cupcakes took a couple of hours, but rose and cooked through. |

You know, not bad. To be absolutely fair, not technically quite as good as if cooked in a normal oven, but as a successful "what the hell I'm going to try it" they tasted pretty damn good. I'm pretty sure more "slow cooker" friendly dishes would be better, but I didn't want soup, I wanted cupcakes.
