Is this led panel any good? I know its not the best but its within my price range.

Probably not going to get any feedback on this one, seems to be a generic Chinese panel so no one can say if it is any good.

This is not a real 180W power LED pannel. Having 60pcs of "3W" LEDs it means that the real drawn power will be at most 120W (a 3W led has a power consumtion of 2.3W for blue ones and 1.7W for the red ones).
A simple math can give you the max power usage : 40*1.7+20*2.3 = 114W .
