I AGREE

Because the Police Prosecutor has deemed it is in the public interest to prosecute me, I have decided that I will present my case to you the public.

I have no peers in the Government or their system and so I ask the public if it is in their interest that this case proceed. It is members of the public who contact me daily to ask for help for a loved one or themselves, or a doctor asking me to help their patient.

I do not feel that the public believe it is in their interest for me to stop helping the sick and those suffering in our Country.

Until the public tells me that to help these people is wrong I must continue to help those in need.

I know that there will be people out there who will say that showing this video is taking the wrong approach. I will remind these people I have always been up front with the Police and Government and have never tried to hide.

I will not hide now and I will not back down.

Tony if your reading this there are tears in my eyes.

My cousin is 34 has 3 kids under 7 and has terminal cancer she has been fighting for 5 years. She will not make another year. Cannabis helped her when she was doing chemo and after operations. Her love for her kids has done the rest.

Your efforts will be recognised and there will not be a jury or judge in the state that will not see it your way.
