well my friend is selling me some weed.
The weed that i bought for a dime was pretty good, soft and nicely green textured.
well he's selling me an ounce for $120 of that same stuff, its mids - dank.

is $120 too good to be true? I am in Canada by the way, if that makes a difference.
I head of O's for $150 - 200, but not as low as $120.
anyone ever get this kind of deal?

Canada sells much cheaper than the states, but in comparison, mid grade stuff in the deep south (MS, LA) was going for around $100.00 an ounce.

Depends on your opinion of midgrade... it's a pretty arbitrary term. I live in the south, and depending on who you buy from, "midgrade" will be either:

Schwag that doesn't give you a headache, but only keeps you high for about 45 minutes, after a 2 gram blunt to the face. Usually $75 to $110 a zip.

Or

Very lightly seeded nugs, one bowl keeps you good for a couple hours. Usually $170 - $190 an ounce.

In Canada, I bet it's decent shit you're getting from someone relatively close to the grower in the supply chain.

Last I was down south was around 4 years ago. Few ppl that I knew even knew what unseeded was, except my close friends.

Well yeah, I've heard from a friend who used to live in southern georgia that it was that bad down there.

My particular area isn't deep south, only about 3 hours South of the mason dixon line.

It was a nightmare for me when I first hit that area. I went from WA state, where my bro and I have Dr. approval, and we both grew, to a place that thought seeded, bricked up weed was the best around. I quicky started growing there.

yep, down south sucked.

gotta a buddy down there who pays for his vacation by coming up here and picking up our beasters and selling em $60 an eigth (so if you wanted a 1/2z it would be $240). and he usually sells out within 2-3 days (talking bout elbows).

wouldn't like to be a non-grower down there

My GF at the time (now wife) took some friends out to score some smoke without me once, they came back with really nice grass....from the lawn....heh...
I guess they didn't trust any of my hookups....btw, strip club bouncers (me then) know where to get ANYTHING....
