boys in blue at it again....

i beleive this just happened...

it even looks like he's hand cuffed while they bring him in the ambulance.and they are taking their sweet time getting him real help.does that cover them some how? if theres no one alive to claim damages ,i imagine the familiy would try but im not sure how that would pan out in court,or if its possible since they only suffered emotional damages. and i supect the cop will be reprimanded or fired but not spend a day in jail.

so i guess the story is going to be.... he lunged at her with a box cutter then handcuffed him, then unhandcuffed him,after she realized he has multiple gunshots so this one guy, he wasnt gonna go right to jail like the rest of the people they shoot?
or they handcuff dead people too? im not sure all i can think of is securing the guy but he had multiple gunshots and was already dying.
