i was actually talking to a buddy of mine today...hes got two strains and i got two strains...all completely different...

we totally got a laugh form this and was going to send it off....but my joke on my post about the dewds in amsterdamn swapping my shit with smithsuttons turned some guy who i NEVER met before into an asshole....wierd huh??

but i will give some time to the kid before i tear a strip off his ass

So far things are really coming together, thanks to all who have indicated
an entry. Looks like there's going to be some realllllly stoned judges cause
they'll be smoking many different, unique strains, and from those who take
great pride in doing things right

hope this is sucessful & becomes an annual event, might enter myself next year

i cant really enter anything this year, my grow is too small, 20g is a lot to me & although its nice, im not growing the most potent strain in the world.

although the timing is quite good for my grow, so mebbe if i get a very sucessful harvest ...

I've received several pm's asking about the judges so I'll post
this here for everyone.
There will be 20 Judges – based on 20 grams of each cannabis product, or 20 portions of food or beverage, or one glass piece per entry.

Judges must agree to have their votes published, with their name or alias attached to the vote so no one can say this was a rigged contest, or the judges were influenced by so and so…

11 Judges will be names drawn from a hat or box, no entrants, or celebrity judges, or people associated with the entrants companies or the Magazine may enter their name into the hat.

Names will be drawn on the first day in a ceremony.

In addition, to please the commercial interests, there will be three seed company representatives with only one vote each, three coffee or other shops with only one vote each, and three celebrity judges (No not Gypsy Nirvana!!!) with only one vote each. This way the judging can’t be overwhelmed by businesses buying extra votes…
This I believe is the fairest way.

Who and how are you guys picking the judges??Will you be taking some random slots from this group of folks??I won't be ready to send any samples this year but I will surely make sure some is ready for your next contest 4/20/05!It would be nice if you guys could allow some of the members to also judge,matbe give away a pass each week until the comp.??What are the plans?Thanks.................. ...CC

Pretty sure my SuperMexiBrick is going to come out on top in mostly sativa category, shoot, being a perfect 50/50 hybrid its probably gonna sweep the indica class as well. If some other illogical sequence of events should occur chicks will still dig my, I entered 20 grams of my best smoke in the IC 420 Cup and all I got was a pack of mixed seeds and not even this t-shirt t-shirt.

The deadline for entries is April 12th and the judge packets will go out
April 13th, giving the judges ample time between the 16th and the 19th
to make an assessment of each entry and vote.

I'm trying to keep the amount required to enter small due to you
guys having to package and mail the goods internationally, plus it makes it
more possible for people to enter without having to part with so much bud.

I've also been asked about lodging possibilities. There are many affordable
hotels and apartments. I'm sure places to fit within each person's budget can
be located, here's an excellent link:
