Entry deadline: April 12th, 2004

Entrant Info: Nickname, IC or OG handle only (no real names), along with detailed strain/genetic information.

Quantity required to enter: Cannabis = 20g Hash = 10g , food beverage – 20 portions each. One piece of glass art per entry, to be displayed during the event.

Eligibility: Open to ALL growers, manufacturers, & glassblowing artists worldwide. (NO entries allowed from businesses affiliated with the event, or the staff of the Magazine.)

Judging:

There will be 20 Judges – based on 20 grams of each cannabis product, or 20 portions of food or beverage, or one glass piece per entry.

Judges must agree to have their votes published, with their name or alias attached to the vote so no one can say this was a rigged contest, or the judges were influenced by so and so…

11 Judges will be names drawn from a hat or box, no entrants, or celebrity judges, or people associated with the entrants companies or the Magazine may enter their name into the hat.

Names will be drawn by a blind-folded beautiful girl on the first day in a ceremony.

In addition, to please the commercial interests, there will be three seed company representatives with only one vote each, three coffee or other shops with only one vote each, and three celebrity judges (No not Gypsy Nirvana!!!) with only one vote each. This way the judging can’t be overwhelmed by businesses buying extra votes…

IC Magazine also reserves the right to present other awards as they see fit during the ceremony as well as the ones mentioned on the entry form.

Judging: Judges to receive entries in numbered packet only with no strain or grower handle info (blind judged).

Each entrant receives:
1 pack of Who’s Your Daddy mix

The prize list is being revised, we are actually adding prizes!!!! Stay tuned for further info!!!

*All glass art to be judged during event. Entries can be mailed, if entrant will not be present, or hand carried to the event. All entries must be on site and ready to display by Friday, April 16th.

Best New Cannabis Related Product: Best of Show awarded to one outstanding product. Product will be featured in article of the next International Cannagraphic magazine.

Please READ: It is imperative that each entrant use 'Stealth' packaging for entries. With the assistance of oldpink (OG Admin), a Tutorial is being created for "Stealth Shipping Methods" and will be posted by oldpink on OG as well as here at IC. Improper packaging is just asking to be nicked during transport here by customs. We strongly urge entrants to use a mail service which requires a signature on our end here in Amsterdam for more reliability, as we do not take responsibility for packages which do not arrive safely.

Additional Activities

Many exciting events and fun activities are planned for your enjoyment, from canal boat tours to educational events such as growing seminars hosted by several growing legends as well as seminars on grow room set-up/design and security.

There's a tutorial being written by oldpink which will be posted about stealth shipping methods. I know some that have
worked quite well going INTO usa which I'd think is tougher than coming this way

Once the tutorial is posted, we can discuss the different methods in that thread.
