Flying Dutchmen - Haleys Comet
An Early Californian variety crossed with the Skunk #1,very homogenous fast maturing variety, suitable to grow outdoors in many temperate regions. A large percentage of the plants trigger into flower at the slightest reduction of photoperiod. Haley's Comet has a sweet, pungent taste and smell with a well balanced physical/cerebral high. High yielding and easy to grow. Fast heavy and easy to grow! Indoors: 7-8 weeks Outdoors: August/September .....very high yield! greets |

I have nothing bad to say about Fem Power Skunk from 2 years ago. I didn't grow it out but witnessed it being grown out. All plants were fem (no herms), yeild was good, smell was great, and buds were dense and all finished in 8.5 weeks or less. It made me want to try more TFD if anything.

there are some phenos, I got a huge yielder Skunk1 (The Pure) dominant pheno what was ready to Oct 20. a friend got some "early californian" dominant early phenos. it was some years ago but as I remember it had a typical skunk smell, sweeter than super skunk or skunk1... not that deep skunk smell... probable cause of the early california dominance.
an old grower suggested this strain for my grower friend in the shop, this is why I had chance to grow it... it was a pleasurable surprise outdoors, especially the plant structure and yield. the high is a typical skunk but someone found it to real strong. I would recommend it for the commercial growers who grows for yield. |

I found the buzz pretty decent. Funny I gave my last seeds to a friend that started them. I had one that was mild skunk, and one that was a lot sweeter and denser. While that one yielded a bit smaller it finished faster and delivered more of an indica buzz. I feel I can't knock it, but I wouldn't go out on a limb and call this the greatest strain ever either.
