CO MMJ REGISTRY NO LONGER PRIVATE

I just got back fro Nederland, CO visiting several old friends Kathleen Chippi being one who I see when ever I go to visit my brothers.
I had a very long convo with Kathleen about a week ago, every one know's she's the #1 MMJ advocate in CO, she and 11 other well know activists walked into the Registry after being notified the Feds had been given access. Her and the others walked in on the Feds copying and taking the records and She demanded to know why what's up etc...
CO is no longer private and all data on patients and caregivers, home addresses and addresses of grow ops are now in the hands of the Enemy.
Several of Nederland's dispensaries have given up their records to the Feds, names, addresses, etc, along with all video's of patients and their buy records.
it's happening all over CO
what's up with CO?
this has been going on since the 1st of the year, all under wraps, and no media coverage, kinda a blackout.
you can find more data from her facebook.

Never know... We might be the largest subversive group in all of america... Much larger than all the foreign terrorist organizAtions combined. Sounds like dept of homeland security should utilize the patriot act to fullest extent possible... To protect the existing establisment and in fact our very way of life. Domestic terrorists, one and all, trying to take down the very institutions and policies that make this place great. Come on folks... Life, liberty and the pursuit of apple pie. Much rather give up a liberty for a sense of security, right?

Lol... Didnkt the mmed already know that the fed had video surveillance on dips and grows already? Only thing saving CO is that the protections are constitutional... Though the dip system ain't... And that's still fair game for the fed.

i am sure as hell not happy to hear this, but i am sure as hell not shocked either.

cops sharing files and keeping lists when they are not allowed to is not a new thing in colorado ........ or anywhere else for that matter

IMHO if the government stopped being underhanded and backstabbing the confusion would be epic ........ it's not like they have EVER been straight shooters

I'm a registered mmj card holder in Co for a couple of yrs now and find this information to be very very disturbing, what about HIPPA? How can the Feds demand medical records? Where is the State AG in all of this?........... Not a happy med patient at all! :-(

Since cannabis is still illegal on the federal level they feel they have probable cause.
Feds look at it like this, "OK this is illegal, there are records of everyone involved in this criminal activity, we feel that there is probably cause to take these records".
I feel for my brothers out in CO, I moved a year ago.
Hope everyone is safe.
