Will be trying my hardest to get back up home for this
 All accommodation in Cairns in fully booked out for these dates in November for the solar eclipse, so be prepared to camp out if your heading to Far North Queensland. I have rang a total of 25 hotels, motels and cheap backpacker places and they all say the same thing, we are all booked out from the 10th till the 16th of November 2012

Sounds like an awesome event.
NOthing like the build up to the monsoon. Heat and humidity and bugs galore. Cairns accomodation seems to be avail https://www.wotif.com/search/Advanced...8&viewType=all Otherwise use a travel agent if you want a hotel ie qantas travel. They will have alotments with certain hotels in the area and should be able to help you out. |
