my record keeping is non existent...but I am guessing 3-4 wks indoors and that much outdoors with about another month to go before they start flowering. We may have to break out some bondage tools before stretch is over. The main stalk has been pinched and some of the secondaries will be in a few more days...shooting for lots of tops.

The PPs are in 20 gallon smart pots and second yr Tom Hill soil formula. Just a hair hot at this point but I am taking them to some run off to try and cool it down a hair.

Looking good already. So big I had a hard time telling them apart at first.

Was it a difficult decision on how many of each to grow? I know how you like your sativas.

Are the Panamas in recycled coco and the PP in the 2 year old Tom Hill soil? Inquiring minds don't really need to know .

Here I am asking for details... but the Cherry Malawi is kicking in...bye!

p.s. didn't you have grasshoppers or some flying insect scourge last year?

Looking healthy already YosemiteSam, honoured you chose our genetics

In general I wish young ppl mainly can understand better about sativas we offer and have offered here or at ACE col.

There is not one type of sativa effect or plant, but many subtle or gross diferences between lines, effects, flavours or energies, or even harvesting dates. Listing some sativa developments we made and comparing them I think makes it easier to understand those concepts, Panama, Congo, Bangi Haze, Destroyer, Mextiza, Caribe, Punta Rosa, Nepal Jam, Sugarloaf, Leshaze, and so on. Some with a hint of indica some with just sativas but each one is different and produce different effects and feelings
best luck

Yea...I have the Panamas in coco. Temps are making them go through a bunch of water and I am seeing the wisdom of soil outdoors for sure but it was something I had to find out for myself.

Peyote Purple is probably the favorite actually medicinal thing I have. People are able to get that relaxed feeling without turning their mind off. But yea, I like sativas. Got some Mextiza going at a different spot also.

Last yr tons of hoppers...this yr have not seen the first one. A bunch of wasps have moved in this yr...maybe for the moisture. So far they are leaving me alone and I am leaving them alone...keeping an eye on each other though. Kinda freaky with them buzzing all around me while I work but they don't seem to be aggressive.

edit...I got some Congo seeds for the next time I feel like a seed run

hahaha, YoSam...perhaps you and I should form a sect - an Order. Those are beautiful, my friend. Panama is one of the most "majestic" strains I have been lucky enough to get my hands on.

Some of Those Panama solar reflectors, I mean fan leaves, are as big as dinner plates. Huge.
