My 4 yr old has Strep and now I think I have it. Havent been this sick in a while. Anyone who missed me at the cup, sorry. Ill be around tomorrow, hopefully

get some active manuka honey moon,, it tastes really good, obviously
 , but helps with inflammation and kills bacteria pretty effectively..and it sorts a scratchy throat the rest of the time when you arent ill,, great for tokers,,
