Can anyone cite ANY Colorado law that states distance from school a co mmj cg must be

I've searched up and down and only found law pertaining to mmc's which is 500 feet away. Is there anything pertaining to caregivers? Thank you in advance...i hope someone answers this.

When using data we can prove it, and it has been proven for many decades; it's just in the cannabis world people don't like to read anything other than lame and BS filled books from so-called cannabis gurus.

but the fact is plants (C3) grow the most at night and very early morning (i.e. the greater cellular growth and repair). Thus, if we provide the same DLI (Daily Light Integral), i.e., the sum amount of photons within PAR range in a meter^2:in 18 hours as we do in 24 hours, the plants under 18 hours of light will grow faster than those under 24 hours of light.

That is the point most people are misunderstanding, it's not about hours per day, it's about photons per day.

Private patients and cg's are still constitutionally protected to grow their own... Hard to fuck w that. Pretty sure only state reg's are for dips and commercial grows through zoning. Only time dist to a school matters for a cg/patient is if they r violating the mmj laws and then the proximity bumps the penalties, but if mmj legal, can o it next door. That's just the general rule... Dbl the penalty if near a school w drug offenses. Or so I thought...
