I have a different question than the one on my last thread about taking a trip to cali.

I only have 7 days in cali for a vacation. how do I make the most of my time.

I will be there in begening august.

things I like to do r the beach, redwoods, live music, ect...
I was thinking the ppl from there would be the best ppl to suggest what r things I must see and do while there.

ps; i only get to take a vacation ever 3-4 years.so I wanted to make the most of it.

Drive hwy 1 north from san fran to bragg in a topless vehicle.

camping there then going snorkeling in the morning followed by a hike then stopping at Venice beach for food before going back home.

venice beach is somewhere you have to go if you are a stoner.
just stay near the coast and you cant really go wrong.

Where are you going to be? If you're only going to be in Cali for a week you can't fit in everything, so you'll have to choose. Best to choose based on area.

Deff should take in Haight Street, very cool vibe there
A trip to Stinson beach and Muir Woods are good places to see.
Im pretty stoned and tired, Ill think of some more stuff...

santa cruz is great place to stay, good beaches all around, 15mins drive to huuge redwoods. a 45 mins drive to monertey south or 45 to san fransico north.

Try and find a music event .You would like to go to now,,then plan your dates around it.Should't have much trouble putting the beach in their as well.....Spend the time and plan your trip well.And you'll be happy ,to have at least a ruff guidline that will save you some time...

Head over to LA, go to Santa monica blvd and the corner of Fountain. Sag your pants and walk around about 1AM. Theres a great del taco, and the lady at the window gives tuggies. At least, you will get a freak show, a del beef burrito and a tuggie all for about 6 bucks.
