Bonsai Moms Autoflowering
I was wondering if anyone had found a good way to keep a bonsai mom Sweet Tooth #4. I have half a dozen mom's (other strains) that I keep this way, using 1 quart air pots and blumats, and it works well with them. However, the root-pruning action of the air pot apparently isn't enough to keep the Sweeet Tooth moms from getting root-bound to the point that autoflowering is triggered. Any suggestions?

prune the roots or up pot.
my suggestion would be to go up to at least a 3 liter airpot. i know they're bonsai's though, so you're probably tight on space. you could try to find a different mom if you have a pack to work with, but who wants to do that. i dunno, maybe just try to prune the roots? |

I'd hoped to avoid the root pruning with the air pot, but that may be the only alternative. I have had several different moms going like this for the last couple of years, and the ST is the only one that has given me problems. I might pick up a couple of the 3 liter air pots to try out.
