If i may? Try to see it as an opportunity to learn something about yourself, trust me, you will.
To interpret it, just freely associate the elements in the dream, don't rely on this esoteric stuff/books about dreams.
Example: In your dream you see an albino elephant eating pizza.
Just let your mind flow, what comes to mind if you think about:
Albino
Elephant
Pizza
Eating
One by one...it will become clear and in the end, it's not to hard to string it together.
Had quiet a few bad dreams(sweating, screaming, pure horror ect.) myself, but now i look forward to them because it's so damn interesting and you will learn things about yourself you would NEVER have learned otherwise.
