True. If you haven't missed a day of smoking in a long time the dreams are way too strange and intense.

Yeah, am in my third week of a tolerance break and the dreams are getting a bit strange.

I enjoy it though, it is the only plus point of having a break for me.

Except maybe that first joint when you do start up again!

5 . 4 . 3 . 2 . 1 . we have lift off!

Maybe just smoke at night and as you do that try and do it less and less every night. One thing that helps me cut down is putting as much time as you can between hits. I've found sometimes it seems that I get just as stoned from two spaced out hits than I can by sitting down and puffing 1-2 bowls.

no worries my friend. I have been an alcoholic for forty years, you want to talk bad trips from old sugar cube flash backs, But alcohol is by far the worst, take it as you will, i'm just here to help if you your worried about pot...Don't....! Bizarre dreams can come usually it means your sub consciense is trying to tell you something the more you worry about it the more it will happen. In fact sounds wierd, but what helps me is listening to "the best of the doors music" LOL

I have quit for a month+ 3 times this year due to job hunting. Each time i quit I have very stressful & often violent dreams the entire time I am on a cannabis break. Sucks ass. I wake up much less stressed when I smoke for sure!
