Man it sucks I am diabetic and can't eat that any longer. That was some bomb ass desserts.

Not at all? Are you unable to control your blood sugar except by insulin only?

I'm practically famous for my flan (and empanadillas con pasta de guayabe).

Nice Seamaiden,

I love Flan as well as Creme Brulee. They are both amazing but I might have to go with Creme Brulee, just because of the extra toppings.

Also I dunno if this is on topic, but it's hard to beat a really good authentic Horchata or Thai Iced Tea =]

Yes, I am unable to control it. I have always been a juice guy and would drink 3 gallons at least of juice a day and got me to be a bigger dude but I now just used truvia and kool aid. I lost 20 lbs and eatting stuff like that scares me. My wife makes bomb ass flan. so creamy and smooth when you cut it. I have not had any empanadillas made of of guayabas but it does sound really good.

no but really sorry to hear that.. i am eating sugar like crazy
i may have to reduce to still want to keep up for many years.

Pan a Cotta is also very similar i believe.. love those deserts.
