Hello,

I always wanted to visit Portugal and I got my chance finally.
I will be visiting Lisbon in July and I'm wondering where could I come across some buds or hash around there and what is the weed policy there ?

It is very difficult to score buds in Portugal, unless you know someone growing. Hash is pretty easy to find in Lisbon downtown, but most of it is shite, and for tourists. Finding a local head to score for you is the best option. Possession of all drugs is decriminalized in Portugal and personal amounts of herb and hash are nothing to worry about. Enjoi!
