Placed an order through the new web site - shipping charges for 1 pack of seeds calculated and applied at $8.03 usd, and added to my bill total.

When I went to print the order form from the site - it shows shipping as $5.00 usd.

I sent the extra - as it was the amount my order shows - but why was I charged / why are we charged different amounts?

$3.03 is peanuts - but because I can't send coins, I had to round UP my payment to even amounts, and ended up "tipping" almost an extra dollar on top of that. So $4 usd extra to order from the website - you folks aren't paying a CC company extra, why charge your web customers extra for choosing to order through your site? And charge enough customers that extra amount, and somebody has a sweet little profit going.

My $ is on the way - so not much I can do - but you may want to look at getting the numbers the same across the board.

Now that there is no credit cards what is the point of seedboutique? might as well just make everyone use seedbay.

I think there still trying to get it up and running for CC use. Thee are many of us that are not happy about this. I dont understand why its taking so long to fix it.

I wonder, just how many sales have been lost, due to the CC issue?!?!

the online order form is from an old copy that needs updating
thats why the shipping prices are incorrect, the site shows the amount for shipping
this is based on what it actually costs us to ship your package

Will the CC option ever be back or do we go elswhere cant wait foreverer

The answer to the shipping charge on bay is simple. I have not bothered to put it up in some time. The cost of mailing has gone up in the UK a few times in the last few years. It will be going up once seedboutique is a sealed deal and we can concentrate on updating seedbay, which is long overdue. So in a nutshell, seedbay is running at a slight loss due to the mailing costs.
