Inducing dwarf females in flowering plants...

This story has been going around, it's legit. Was wondering if anyone has thoughts about how/if this will be a useful technique for our favorite plant. :tip hat: https://westernfarmpress.com/manageme...-around-corner

Well it knocks out the steroidal production within the dioecious corn plant which shuts down expression of male sexual characteristics and reduces plant stature. Maybe it would reduce stretch in cannabis, giving a stretch sativa a squat indica structure. But cannabis is a monoecious plant, normally only expressing characteristics of one sex in one plant. How this chemical would affect sexual expression in a monoecious plant is anyone's guess. It might prevent throwing nanners in Thai dominant strains.

interesting

like I said interesting; with present day growing knowledge who knows what is around the corner, my only concern is" taste" and maybe chemicals needed to produce, ANYWAY what doesn't have harmfull chemicals in it today!
