Hi all. Just wanted to start a thread here to highlight some of CannaVenture's genetics that I was given a chance to show you guys. The 3 strains I will growing are Grapefruit D-Lite, MSSxHS, and Garlic Breath (assuming I get some girls). For the moment at least I will be using a soil/coco mix of about 50/50. And for the first full round of flowering once I get there with these beans, I will be using led lights. Excited to see how they work.

The GDLITE I have already grown out 2 or 3x in both soil and dwc and found a nice daytime smoke. I put 3 MSSxHS and 5 of the G.B. in soil and they have all sprouted. The last of the GB popped up earlier. No pics of any of that stuff yet, but here are a few pics of some of the GDLite that has been finished.



I just put a GDLite in flower. She's probably 14 or so inches tall. Pics to come when something starts happening. This is a very healthy girl. She loves to love you, but like some of those ladies we all know, has to have a support system to really thrive. She has some flimsy stems, but they don't break and didn't hermie even though I had a ballast issue for about a week. So given this knowledge I have already Put in 3 stakes to tie her off once she gets some girth. She also clones easy. This girl had 4 cuts taken on the night of the 2nd and one of them is already showing nubs!

Oh yeah, I just made some bho from the grapefruit tonight can't wait to give it a try. I don't have a macro lens, but if I can get a good pic I will post in in the coming days. But its getting late, gotta get to bed so see you all around.

Thanks for stopping by peeps! Glad to see you here GP73 so you can give me any pointers with my new LEDs. Not sure if I mentioned that I have a 200 watt DS LED and another one the way accompanied by a 600 watt DS LED light as well. The 2 200 watters will be in a single tent that is almost 2x3 and the 600 watts is going to be in my 2x4 tent. Hoping for some real good results with these things. They set me back quite a bit, but so far I've only noticed a 3 degree rise in ambient temps. Much better than my 10-15 degrees with HIDs.
Anyway, enough about the lighting...it's going to be a while before the MSSxHK and GB will be big enough for a pictorial. So for now, that oil/wax/budder/whatever it is, that I said I was gonna make last night....



Just got done scraping the dish and taking the pic. Apprx 32 grams went in and 5.78 grams came out. Once can of Vector ran through the tube. So that is about an 18% return. Guess I need to quit typing and go try it out. Till next time...

Not much happening with these except a lot of thumbs being twiddled. All 5 of the GB and all 3 of the MSSxHK popped, but one of the MSS just fell over and died. Maybe due to over watering. Not really sure, but the other two look good and all of the GB look similar except one with fatter leaves. But they are really too small to tell for sure.

I think all of my Grapefruit D-Lite clones have rooted and am about to go deal with them now. So until next time....

All right, got some pics for you guys. We will start off with the Grapefruit D-Lite.



These colas seem to be filling out nicely. Didn't notice much sway until I picked the pot up, lol. Then she just started waiving at me, so I tied her off so she will survive the bulking up period. I just put 3 (i think) small ones into flower so see how a SOG will work for me. And of course, there is 1 left for the veg tent.

Now on to the Garlic Breath and MSSxHK. I did give the little girls (hopefully) a drink that was a bit hot. So I had some leaf curling, but they are all pretty much over that with the new growth.




In the group shot, I think it is the top 2 on the left that are the MSS. I'm sure the second from the left is. Next is the GB, followed by the MSS. Figure I will let them grow just another inch or so and then I will top most of them. See you all next time.

The Grapefruit is doing well too. Slowly but surely putting on some weight. I think she is just a tad over a month into flower now, but no pics today.
