I usually time myself to see how fast I can get the tire changed, makes it fun.
having a mini floor jack on wheels makes jacking the vehicle up safer, that 12v impact is nice too. I've thought about getting the impact, but the reviews on the cheap ones are bad and it doesn't justify the cost for the good ones. Maybe if I had a daughter, I would get one for her, or put one in my gf/wife's car. I lmao every time I see someone with a flat on the side of the road and I see them on the phone. GET OUT AND CHANGE THE DAM THING!! lol Talking on the phone ain't gonna get it done. |

I have an old 3 foot high thing they call in my day a "Handy Man" weighs 60 lbs, it stays in the 73 Chevy PU for life. Not only can you fix a flat..you can jack your rig precariously to the top of it when you're bottomed out in the snow or mud, push the rig off the jack where it will fall 2 feet out of your rutts. Don't try this if you never have..it can be dangerous to your health..smiles..DD

put the spare on, drive to Les Schwab and they fix for free as long as one of your tires was bought there, hell they will even do it if you didn't buy any tires there. They also do free rotations.
