Help I can't grow anything that doesn't hermie - Cannabis Infirmary - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Ok I don't know what my problem is, but it seems that every plant i grow goes hermie.

My Sour Bubble is at only 6 days flower and all it has are some preflowers, well I disected one of the preflowers and sure as shit it looks like there's a little seed starting. This is the same problem I've had with every plant, I get little seeds starting to grow.

I have no light leaks. Temps are 80-85. PH is ok. Plants are healthy as can be. What could it be?

Here's the preflower, you can see what looks like the beginning of a seed in the second pic.

Dude... that's how the female flowers grow. I don't think those are seed beginnings.

Thats no hermie. Thats your girl growing. Step back from the plants!! Leae them alone. Let them go. If it where a " Hermie" it would throw pollen for a few weeks anyway. SO since you dont know, let it grow. If you see white sacs growing in a cluster then worry, till then .... looks like you got some gold old pot. Calm down

OK thanks I am ultra paranoid about this because my last grow turned out awful, I will keep a close eye on them.

Its not a hermie. You will know when you see a hermie.

Looks like a resin sack to me. The **** hair seems to give it away. Just my $.02
Trust me, it can't be worse than my grow I just said fuggit with and tossed it. Educate yourself about insects, I thought it was a porn party of pollen, WRONG, fuggin itty bitty bugs everywhere, when things went yellow and died my dumbars figured it out, DUH

they look like a pear like that because its like a bloom in a flower starting to open up lol

Stitch I was talking about the inside of the preflower. Actually I figured out that's just the embreyo which becomes a seed.

However I just found a couple male preflowers growing on my Sour Bubbles, so the problem remains. This means that 6 of the last 6 plants I've grown have gone hermie. That seems like a pretty high rate. I'm growing Ice with them, so far it looks ok.

edit:OK I think so far I have just been freaking out over nothing, there were some small claw looking growths coming off the SB but now I think they may be just regular leaves growing there. Everything else is looking good, so this just may turn out to be a dynamite grow.

Let this thread die along with my paranoia.

well that first pic is a female preflower if you can take a picture of the balls (lol)
i can tell you if thats what it is......

as for the hermies strains hermie on strain and growing factors..... the conditions they are in weather they are strain induced or stressed induced

can you tell me about your growing conditions and where your plants are growing at and do they have good fresh air ventalating?
