remote ballast electrical ?

ELECTRICAL ? i got a question i cant figure out which one the white is supposed to conncect and which one the black is supposed to connect. There is a silver screw and a bronze screw. the silver screw has a W on outside of plug. I have white hooked to silver and black hooke to bronze. Somebody plz make sure this is correct b4 i plug it in...

also here is my ground i connected to metal. This is correct right?
just wanna double check before i fire it up. Oh i remoted my ballast

GS meant white to silver! You have it correctly done, and the ground will work but a lug on it would be preferable.

A "lug" is a crimp-on terminal that goes on the end of the wire and can have a variety of ends based on what you need to connect to. A ring end terminal would be best here - it keeps the wire from trying to squirt out when you tighten the screw down. If you don't have crimpers, and from your question you probably don't, you might just try a washer over the top of the wire to do the same thing. If you tug on the wire and it stays well, it is probably fine the way that it is.
