i like the idea, but the product needs help. mabey if the inside was coated in thermite or somthing similar it would burn faster before somone has a chance to put the fire out.

I think it is some kind of thermal reaction, for sure. you can hear making that noise... and first it is only smoking...
i think some secounds after psuhing the button it should be so hot nobody could open it in order to put the fire out.
there are some chemicals inside for sure...

edit: i just hit the homepage of the product and saw that this seems to work with that two batteries only... hmmm, does anyone have any clue how this is workin exactly??? any science freaks in this thread?

I was asked by the company to sell these things, but they seem crazy to me because it is an incendiary device, so it I can't see it being legal. Also, it is basically designed to destroy evidence, which is a felony. I declined their offer, needless to say...

They said to expect to "see G's on the street soon"
