Question Your Genes?

Bog,

I have a question about the parents of some of your beans.

I am growing LSD and Bogbubble right now, I already have some Grape Punch that I am about to germ, and I ordered some Lifesaver on friday. So, needless to say I am enjoying your goodies.

For my own amusement, I keep a pretty accurate list of the strains I have and the cross parent information from the breeder, if any is available.

I have some of yours but not complete. Could you help me fill in the blanks?

Bogbubble (Bogglegum # 3 x ? )
LSD (Lifesaver x NYC Diesel)Soma or Rez?
Grape Punch (Lifesaver x NL #5 pheno bogglegum rare)
Lifesaver ( ? x ? )
Bogglegum ( ? x ? )
Sweet C99 (Sweet tooth #3 x Cinderella 99)

I remembered a month or so you posted some of this info but I can not find it and I've smoked a bit since then.

Thanks in advance

Texas Kid

Thumbs up Well, you are a loyal Bog customer now.

What I find difficult is so many questions at once is all.

Now which one first? BOGBubble? Thats my first strain and it is pure Bubblegum. It is more akin to THSeeds type BG than the Serious and it is very potent and tasty. The plant tends to lay over in veg but can yield very well if nuted properly. My Fave.

Bogglegum is my Bogbubble xNL5 cross that I backcrossed 4 times to the Bogbubble. Very stable and hardy in veg this strain has a grape bubblegum taste or a piney taste in the more sativa varieties. My Baby.

Lifesaver was my third strain made from JCB x Bogbubble then backcrossed once to my Bogbubble. The strain is variable but I didn't want to further stabilize for fear of losing some traits so medically valuable. JCB was jacks cleaner x DJ shorts Blueberry. My medical strain.

Sweet Cindy 99 is least understood. She was originally a SWT 3 mom pollenated by a Cindy 99 from Bros. Grimm. 1 bx to the SWT #3 and released. Later I crossed it with my Bogbubble to make it sweeter and the strain is much improved now but lacks some stability. Perhaps another bx now to the Bogbubble would stabilize it further to the side I like best. Some of these are my faves too now.

BlueMoonRocks are Blue Moon which was Vic's Blueberry crossed to Micanopy Moonbeam and again this work was done by SubCool. I used the Blue Moon and crossed it to my Bogbubble again and 2 bx have stabilized the strain considerably. The smell is blueberry to lavender and quite strong. It is my blueberry type strain that has great beauty.

LSD is my most recent strain and it is my Lifesaver pollenated by special Soma NYCD pollen. 1 bx was done to my Lifesaver and this strain still has considerable variation but it's all good with some yielding much better than others. The lower yielding ones are very potent sativas that finish lots faster than NYCD. My Sativa entry and its the trippy one.

GrapePunch is my son's project and he selected a special orange bogglegum mom that was very potent and fast. It was crossed with his favorite LS mom and this strain is in early developement. A small release of first bx has been done and new 2 bx seeds should be ready this summer. My son's baby...

BOG Medley varies and is any of my strains put into a bargain package. Watch for a price reduction soon... BOG

Sour Bubble is yet to come and my greatest work. It will be a 2 bx select Bubblegum that will change the fukin' world. The tightest buds in the world. 9-10 potency and taste!!!

Pic of a Lifesaver...

Thanks so much Bog,

That gives me more information than I expected, thanks again.

I'm an information junkie, bordering on obsession.

Thanks for all your help and support

Tex

Thumbs up Where does the sour come from?

Helluva question. Once in a thousand plants a super plant comes along. Maybe several but this one was quite different. I recognized this type a long time ago and knew that these more potent slightly skunky phenos existed. I always liked them but didn't wish to change the bubblegum taste of my Bogbubble.

This clone is very special and it is kept at 2 locations now but soon there will be more to keep her safe no matter what. We hope Eddy Lepp will agree to protect her for us. I will be willing to release her to the public free of charge in California to the medical community if he agrees to help me. I trust Eddy. He is a great man and I wish to work with him in the future.

You should meet this man. He has no fear in regard to the law. He openly speaks out against the federal govt and is suing them for unlawful entry and destruction of his farm in Northern California which was in accordance with Cali medical mari laws. He is winning and the feds wanted to dismiss their case against him but he continued in court telling the judge that a ruling on federal jurisdiction over his farm had to be given before the feds could ask for a dismissal. This pending ruling will be in Eddy's favor and then he plans to sue the feds for 56 million dollars!

Eddy could keep my clone safe as he does his work for the medical community. His farm is donated to their use and it is now 23 acres of plants being planted. Watch for Payaso's pictorials to come and perhaps I will be at Eddy's farm for harvest pics. BOG
