Im not sure what is going on with the seeds I get, maybe im getting the rare phenos of these lines?? Idk. But after running Pck, Panama, and now Sandstorm ive been so confused...

Panama Pheno finished nice at 80days which is quick from what i read.
PCK Pheno that went close to 80days with no sign of being done soon.
PCK Pheno thats ripe at 50days in DWC... (a bit longer in coco)
Sandstorm Pheno that is starting 9wks and looks to have another 2wks at least, and is toppling over from weight. SS is supposed to be an average yielder at best right?

This is not a complaint cause each one was a GEM! but interesting to exp these plants. Especially the 100% indicas that are going well past 9weeks. Then the Pck that finishes at 50days is very cerebral, almost no body. TThese are the most unique traits, very outside the norm.

I'd say the PCK that is very cerebral and almost no body doesn't really finish in 50 days then.

my royal purple pheno of pck went 10 weeks & it still was all white hairs but the smoke came out good so maybe you just got one of those kind of phenos from your pack too?

Golden Tiger mostly finished at 10 weeks for me here in the tropics and the Double Thai at no more than 12. Completely done. Maybe unique phenos? Who knows...Like yourself, I'm not complaining. Maybe it's the sunshine lol...

I recently grew 6 Paki Chitral Kush and got 5 girls and a male from 6 seeds germed. This was from a pack of regular beans and I didn't expect to get the rich color with every plant but all six had some maroon/purple/fuchsia

Three plants had minimal branching--although one was tri-ploid with small, tight buds--intense purple and almost black flowers when ripe @ 50 days. The others grew multiple branches and developed their colors during the 9-10 weeks to finish with a surprisingly good yield (compact, mostly foxtail colas). These smell strawberry/chocolate right now (wet).

The two early girls have a blackberry hash smell and the smoke tastes the same. Not really cerebral yet but it's early days. I reckon the 9-10 weekers will be as good or better with a cure...

Interesting, One Q...what are you using for criteria to determine "finished?"

It's my absolutely unproved opinion that the Panama is so intense that one could probably take it anytime after 10 or so weeks and have a powerful and worthwhile experience. My sense is that the high may transform as it gets older though...don't really know having only grown out one plant for 12 weeks. If opportunity allows, I might do another for 14 weeks or so to test my thesis.

@mayan- done for panama means: no new pistils and almost all dead orange pistils. A change in hue, if you know what i mean, she got a slight goldish color at the end. About 10-20% amber trichs.

@rabid- so lovely!

@icon- yeah, the phenos are so different looking from eachother AND any other plants ive grown from other breeders.

@treebeard-She was done swelling, 100% dead pistils, but yet only 10% amber. Leaving her may have meant anything as she was dying. you think she should have been left to sit for longer?

Glad to hear about positiv results everyone. Some stocks are quite open in order to allow more expressions and alelles. Wish all turn great for you amigos and enjoy
