~Bean Foundry~ Cinderella 99
Here's a look and some info on The Foundry's Cinderella 99.
This is a little label artwork I put together for this incross. About the C99, the mothers were from four sources, jlp f4, joey weed f2, wally f? and Gypsy f2. These were pollinated with two Joey Weed f2 males and a Wally male. The seeds were mixed together before they were packaged. I don't think I can pin a fillial generation on these or if it would even be possible with all the generations. I consider it an incross. All the phenos exhibit the pineapple/grapefruit aromas. Here are some full plant shots of diff phenos... All are at 58 days just before harvest. jlp1 x jw jlp2 x jw jw x jw jw x jw (f3) Bud pics continued in next post...

I'd just like to say thank you for combining all these c99 genetics from various sources & not bottlenecking it. Me thinks the Bros would approve...

I like the idea of blending all of those C99's together.
![]() Are the pictures in the first post the parents and the ones in the second post the 'Bean Foundry' C99? |

YES! This is exactly what I was thinking. Bottlenecking is the perfect word for it, and I applaud Nugget for taking this amazing strain and keeping it flexible and alive! How many strains have been lost to bottlenecking... mind boggling!

i grew some f2 from a friend in the states i met thru a now dissapeared med forum... he also gifted me some seeds called butterscotch hawaiian, very pinneaple like as well. i ever since, looked for some cindy gens, but could not find anything like those buds i grew from my friends f2s... maybe bad luck. so, now i wander, how could i put my fingers on this new development you made uncle nuggetshiner????? excuse my ignorance, i just get a little excited.... is this in the bay??? or seed boutique??? and of course, big thanx for bringing back such an outstanding genetic. keep shining!!!! |

much respect goes out to Nuggetshiner where ever you are holmez...
grabbed 2 packs on this last relist. I hope to find something closer to real grimm from these and also hope to mix them up via open poli.... Any pics of the males used out there....q I have run through too many beans since grabbing the real deal a couple packs of the brothers grimm cinderella 99 from HS in the washer breeder packs. closest I have found was in 2003 with gypsies gn03 one amazing peppery pineapple monster with like zero leaf to bud ratio and a lifter haze noid situation after toking.... these foundary pics look like the real deal hope they DO THE DAMN THANG! |

well all my hope to find a real bros grimmesque cindy 99 is looking weaker by the day....
2 of the last nuggetshiner packs arrived 2 weeks ago. no doubt nugg has not been involved much in seedbay since 2012 and i believe these seeds 24 in total may date prior to 2012. Out of 6 in my initial ziplock, tp and tap water which is usually 90 + percent good (at same time had 5 out of 5 verdant green bubba s1's) only 1 cracked and the rest had mold on the following 3 days in the dark at 72 degrees. trying again this time only 3 with tp lightly moistened with tap water with .5 tsp per gallon of luiquik karma which were both brought to a rolling boil and cooled to room temp. placed inside rubbermaid sandwich take alongs. tp will be changed out daily with reboiled LK and tap water. keeping everything super clean and leaving on top of warm modem with tshirt on top to keep the dark and warmth inside. jeeeez atleast 1 cracked just didnt get over there on the weekend to see em. this time and subsequent tries will be checked at minimum every 24 hours if not shorter. man the foundary pics remind me of the real deal so much it is hurting me right now to think that this my last real chance might be fading into the distance....i have run plenty mosca its definately outcrossed or a very small combination of selections. miss that sweet sharp as a razor fresh ass pinapple spice.... |
