ok, finally got my KQK's into 12/12 after many setbacks.
got these back last fall with CD 4D and CD bx1
all had the worst germ rates Ive ever had.
only1 bx sprouted but was lost
5 of the CD 4Ds germed and are up
and only 2 KQK sprouted.
then broad mites hit the CD 4Ds hard, they are still going but they had to be put outdoors, they have recovers but the Broads affected the buds and they are small, about 1/4 the size they should be, the they hit my KQK but I found out in time what was causing it and they are in perfect shape!
they were suppose to hit 12/12 the 1st week of feb but thats when the mitemare started in with that crop.
so they were delayed flower until the 20th/feb and grew out pretty big to 5ft.
they both took to topping really well with tons of bud sites, one of them is extremely rife with budz

they were heavily defoliated last week with no apparent
stress at all and opened up the lower plant to a 1000w
of HPS goodness!
frost is just beginning to spill out onto the leaves
not a lot of smell, mostly on the sweet side
one has a bit more of a disticnt sour undertone to it.
don't know what pheno's I have, read brother indica's thread and there are 2, an HK and HQ...
can some one tell me what the difference is?
maybe somone can tell at this stage?

well I'm closing in on 30days into 12/12 and I'm noticing a lack of resin production on both of my KQKs?
resin's just starting to spill out onto the leaves.
other non rez varieties in my garden are loaded with sparkle at this point.
anyone else have experience growing this one out?
is this just a trait of these KQK girls?
going into 12/12 they were the fastest to flower out and had the biggest budz
but they are lagging behind all others in resin production?
I have a bottle of humboldts snowstorm ultra and was going to give these 2 girls a shot of snow storm in the arm

there wont be much stem to see when these girls flowers start bulking up!

yes,the broad mites hit this last grow but this is where it was turned around and they were beat back to hell where they came from and no damage was done to any plants or my KQK's

not sure of the lineage on KQK, but killer queen was one of rez's creations from sometime in the past
here's KQ---> Killer Queen (AG13/C99)
and also did a joint venture with dutchgrown using his KQ I believe
and DG released it as killer queen redux

brother indica did a grow and its is sticky'd in the top of the rez forums here.
it has 2 pheno's--->KQ-killer queen..... and HK--->??
maybe someone will drop in and clear it up.
its a great strain, very stable, fast and vigorous in veg and budset with tons of resin looking brother indica's thread

here are some better pics, they look like they are starting to finally ramp up on the resin production.

the plant in the left pic is still lagging with resin output.
the other is doing much better finally but she still needs to be pumping out more than what there is.
compared to the others in my garden these are lacking+lagging way behind the other gear started at the same time.

Looking good over there dude!!! KQK was definitely one of the good ones rez put out.
