Just an honest review of service.

EDIT: Kaiki has definitely lived up to his reputation. He went above and beyond to make everything right. And honestly, he turned my nightmare of an experience into one of the best, most honest experiences.

I placed my order at the beginning of February, heard back from 'Rafa' the next day saying they had received my order and giving me details to send a WESTERN UNION money order. So I went out and got the money order, before charging me the guy behind the counter told me, "You know he's not gonna be able to cash this, right?"

So I decided to get in touch again before sending it out, just to make sure. I asked if I could send cash in envelope, or any other type of international money order service. Rafa says, international money order = Western Union. Whatever, cool. Sounds like you got a way to get it cashed so, you're the pro I'll take your word for it....yeah...

Shoulda saw this one coming a mile away.

I got an email today, approximately 3 weeks and some change after mailing out the money order, saying that it is invalid, and then a possible accusation of me not paying at the 'normal' Western Union.

Well, let me break it down to anyone in Spain. Western Union is Western Union, if that's what you request, that's what you will get.

So, now I have to wait months potentially to recover the funds I sent. I have an entire grow that is set back lord knows how long now until I can source another seed company worthy to buy from, that has something comparable to the Peyote Purple that I was seriously stoked to have ordered. You guys really put a dark cloud over my day today with this BS. I definitely expected better of ICMAG's Breeder of the Year. Maybe that was my fault, high expectations in today's seed business? HA, guess the joke is on me...

I would highly recommend finding someone who can fluently speak a few languages to be involved with your customer service, because we're not all from Spain, friend, and the language barrier is obviously more of a pain in the ass than you know of.

If you speak English, save an assload of time and effort by just ordering CBG genetics through Bay or Bou. Maybe I've just always been lucky to have my orders go through flawlessly, but this has officially been the worst seed buying experience I've ever had.

Take it how you want to, this is a completely honest review of service up to this point.

I have a good experience. Fast and discrete packaging. Worked for me. I am sure it will work out for you.

Some problems might happen sometime....but I don't this is the place to post them ? Maybe better comunication with the customer service might helped you....


Also I know that CannaBioGen has an impressive customer service, replacing loads of seeds that in most cases failed because of the grower hands.

I would agree..Always contact any vendor before posting in public. It only makes you feel like a fool when the problem was easily fixed with a PM..

Wait a minute...So you're telling me a customer service issue shouldn't be voiced in the customer service forum?

Stop.

I know what you're getting at. But the order was cancelled at the time of posting this. I had no way of knowing in advance that he would rectify the situation the way he did.

This is what these forums are for. Anyone who reads the thread now knows that not only do I recommend CBG, but that the owner also goes above and beyond what he needs to do to make things right. I say space well used.

You're wrong in assuming that I had no contact with them. In fact I have over 40 emails back and forth over a three week span. Try not to jump to such quick conclusions, buddy.

I was just about to place another order with them but, now you have me scared. What happened with western union? I have paid them with western union in the past no problems.

Can someone clarify if western union will still work when ordering through cannabiogen?

No money orders, if you are going to do a bank transfer I was told it is still OK. I was also told these problems with the Money Orders are very recent, in the past they never had issues.

it took you 40 email to correct the issue??? and then it did not get resolved so then you posted your experience with the issue right? and then the same day you post the experience he fixed it for ya hum. I guess I just dont understand the whole process in this case.. I had a order go missing from CBG I got a refund from them in 2 days..From the Kaiki I know it would never take more then a few email/pm to fix the issue so im going off of the man I know and how I was treated by him. AS you came to find out that he is a good man and will take care of you.

You would have been the first person since CBG started that has had a bad costomer service issue that I have ever read. But in the end it turned out better then if you would have recived your order.
