That's a great idea hopefully it spreads around the world it could help people around the world hemp should also be planted on a major scale.

Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their communities by planting cannabis.

Let cannabis be the new currency of the people...as the banks, governments and world currencies fail.

Wishing the Catalonian village of Rasquera the best of luck with this money making venture. I too hope this idea catches on.

Sadly, they got told no, they could not do this, the problem was, they asked to do it publicly.

The situation is developing, but basically the legal Cannabis Social clubs here are doing grows, "almost legally" .... they have legal papers that, like those that allow you to run a private members club who sells cannabis to it's members, allow the club to grow it's own supply. The trouble is, it is not actually legal, the papers merely jam up the legal process in it's own stupidities.... So the Police can and will bust "Legal" grows as and when they find them, Rasquera, having announced they want to set up a grow, were instantly just threatened with a bust by the Fuzz, so have blown their cover.

I know people down there and have grown in the area, but it is not a great place to grow weed, 400ft above sea level and known for freezing fog, plants have trouble finishing right and the entire valley is plagued with itinerant Goat herders who go everywhere with herds hundreds strong of the poxy 4 legged Locusts.

^ Told no by whom? Don't know if you have been watching the news but Catalonia is about to secede from Spain. They were told 'no' on that too, but are doing it anyways. Welcome to the Second Great Depression, where political borders will shift, old governments will fall, and dictatorships will rise.

psh, everybody knows governments and companies don't create jobs...rich people create jobs...they are the job creators...and that's why we must worship them...rich people will shower us with high paying jobs and quality products if we just lower their taxes more...
