Good god I need some Warlock! I've heard nothing but good things about it. I have a lot of respect for Gerrit and Simon...
@Claude, are the same parents being used that Magus used? Or did Simon do a Serious selection, lol? Get well soon Simon, respect. |

Great to see the indoor soil version....the flowers look like grape clusters in a way. The outdoor version that I grew had nice calyxs, however they didn't swell to that magnitude. How would you categorize the scent? Did you get your Warlock from Serious Seeds or from SeedBay when Gerrit had them there? |

Beautifoul garden Madjag, will love to seat there and smoke Zamabindi with you,
by the way congratulation on your crosses, can you tell me how those crosses are for smoking?? Imagine some strong highs as genetics that you use are special one.. i remember some Warlock buds before 10 years and that was great stone.. good genetic combo, also buds was fat on this plant. Regards DS |

OMG! So beautiful, Madjag!!!
I have a Zamal X Warlock, thanks to the generosity and beneficence of a virtual friend. I only sowed one of the seeds due to limited space. Fortunately, yt was the luck of the draw, a female. During veg, it looked like it was stretching which would not be great (due to limited space), so I tried to train it. Unfortunately, I was a bit too exuberant and ended up decapitating the top of the main cola. So, I rooted the top and am currently growing it out. And here she is at about 28 days of 12/12...(more below the pic) Once placed in flower -on Jan 17, she just hit the deck running. She was apparently VERY ready. OTOH, there turned out to be VERY little stretch. So what I have is an exquisite, compact plant that looks very much like the top part of a cola. She's gorgeous. Shortly after I took the above photo, it looked like she just ground to a halt in terms of stretch and vociferous flowering. Hit the breaks. The beautiful, pristine white pistils have turned a vibrant auburn or russet. That color now predominates many of the pistils (although there are a lot of white still remaining, I don't know how many new bracts she is throwing). It's also possible that she is flowering in waves - at the same time, she is currently at day 44 or so of flowering and I'm beginning to think that I have a VERY Warlock-predominant plant that may be done MUCH quicker than I was anticipating. Currently, I would be surprised if she went much longer than 60 days. We shall see, eh? It is gorgeous and I will try to grab some more pics so you all can see the transformation in two (or so) weeks' time. Can't wait to try her - she is aswim in trichs. Also, can't wait to do her again- maybe this time from seed rather than from clone so I can coax a larger plant. |
