ya i been through the same exact shit before, except with more harrassment and a few unprovoked tickets because i would not let them search me....reminded me of this vid so i though i would post it up...

...although the cop didnt flip out like that.....he just got pissed and gave me tickets for things i did not deserve

I am trying to make sense of this. The cop pulls him over for speeding. I think he said 57 in a 45 and the speed limit sign confirms this. The cop asks him about his marijuana charge and the guy says he was covering for a buddy or something. The cop says he will not write him a ticket for speeding, but says "before you take off, would you mind if I took a look at your car for any narcotics or anything like that?" The guy says not without a warrant and the cop repeats what the guy says. The cop sighs and then says "What are you smoking atlea-yurap yup that's okay" the cop takes a deep breath and says "Yeah I guess that's just fine, actually." and then he proceeds to flip out on the guy and says you take your shit and you get back to charleston and don't come back here.

I guess the cop was hoping the guy would let him search the vehicle in return for not giving him a speeding ticket? and once the cop says he isn't giving a ticket he can't reverse on that decision? And that's why the cop proceeds to flipout because he knows he just gave the guy permission to leave basically. And that cop should be demoted to a meter maid if not fired.
