Hey Nukku, guess it's time to update the strain guide again. The Chronic was from Serious Seeds f2 and the Chemdog was from the original Reservior f1. I don't think I have any pics of the chronic, but she was extremely branchy with a short to medium height.

The Platinum Dog was originated by red, and he can chime in with the details. As I understand it, he hit his Platinum OG mom with Sour Dog pollen.

We've been led to believe that lots of variation in a cross is a good thing, because some vendors would rather you buy several packs of their gear, instead of them actually doing the selections to fix that nag champa or golden clit trait themselves. For hobby growers, pheno hunting is fun. But mono-croppers who grow to pay the bills prefer a consistent product that regularly delivers the desired trait package.

Thanks jm420! I think you're gonna dig the SCT.

Loudog420 is doing alot of work with Casey Jones and has said he'll send some of his crosses in (Lou can chime in with the details).

Still shooting for a late September release of Midnight Madness, Casey's Queen, Alien Double Dog, OG13 and Rotten Banana.

Should have the last round of testers for 2012 going to the Bay in November. This round will be more sativa strains, 4 Way Diesel and Pineapple D (an extremely pinapple smelling pheno of HOL's Diesel x C99). Will also be doing a December release that will include Platinum Dog, Sour Dog and testers of a new strain I named Krom (Chrome's OG Kush IBL x OG Kush), after the mythical God in the movie Conan The Barbarian.

I'm currently doing selections for a version of Blue Dream (Blueberry x Super Silver Haze), as I think Blue Dream in seed form would be killer!

The current test beans have arrived safely in the UK, and should be going out in the coming days

SL, I checked the strain description for DJ Short's Azure Haze. They say a "stretch indica" Blueberry father was crossed with a Silver Haze female. I always assumed Blue Dream had Super Silver Haze (with super skunk making up the "super" and northern lights bringing the "silver"). Wouldn't blueberry x silver haze/ssh result in a mostly indica hybrid (and not a haze)?

The blue dream I've grown had a medium height with lots of branching. I'm thinking the height and branching comes from the super skunk or northern lights influences. While the cross does bring the haze's potency, it doesn't grow anything like a haze.

While DJ used the blueberry for the male, I'm thinking of using it on the female side with ssh as the male.
