US dollars are fine or you can send a blank money order to seedbay or seedboutique. If you use a money order, leave the name blank and add $5 for shipping for up to 4 packs.

NO, serious seeds itself respect all laws pertaining to each individual country, and if seeds are illegal, then we most definitely will NOT send for risk of legal persecution or repercussion.

YES! you can get the same seeds from the 'boo that you would from serious, one and the same, and the 'boo mails ANYWHERE!
