SSSDH and Green lights
Hey everybody, I have a question for all you SSSDH growers. I have a pheno going right now that is really nice. More of an indica leaning pheno, really dense nugs, super tight node spacing. Only issue is that it has been throwing a lot of bananas. Never had this happen before. My room is pretty spot on environment wise, only light is the light from my Sentinel CHHC-2. They have little green lights on the probe, and the unit itself.
These never caused issues before, but I know the sativa strains can be really finicky. Thanks for any input. aod

Anything with Sour Diesel stands a good chance of throwing a few male flowers indoors. Any light could be the cause. I like to slowly lower the duration of light on these so as to mimic an outdoor environment. Outdoors, I don't see the bananas.
Good Luck.

Thanks bro, yea I am guessing that had to be what it is. I had 5 SD IBLs that started throwing nanners and I panicked and killed them all. Dont wanna lose any genetics this go around.

A little overwatering, overfeeding or high temps and you'll be coaxing nanners homie (I do!). Peace to the floppies!
