Other Romulan males
Here are pics of 4/5 remaining males. One has yet to root, so I still have the seedplant in the veg room. Once that clone roots, Ill wait another 2 weeks, and retake clones of the males, so I can observe them one more time to verify who is growing fast, small, etc. Ill cull down to 2 or 3 remaining boys.
Now for the pictures. |

Staying very short and compact. Lots of shoots. Nice and green and healthy. Glad you have so many males to choose from. Can't wait to see how everything turns out.

Day 30 of Flowering
These ladies flower really fast. Faster than Mr. Nice Shit which was my fastest finisher in my garden.

Day 38 of Flowering
More pics. The plants have yellowed very fast. Ill be feeding these ladies heavier next time around if the reveg, or the clones I took during flower root. Ive lost a few plants during reveg, and I hope I dont lose these two.

Day 47 Update
I snapped the following pics on the 47th day of flowering. They're around 20-24 days away from being finished I believe. The buds are very dense, and super sticky. The smells are so intoxicating. One in particular out-stinks every other lady in the room, and is a winner on smell alone. I can't quite describe it, but should the words come to my mind, I will report back.
I plan on doing multiple stages of harvesting since I have multiple colas to choose from, but I dont have any set dates for harvest yet. Ill let the plant tell me when she's ready for harvest. You can see the magnesium deficiency in the pics. Interveinal chlorosis from bottom to the top of the plant, with the symptoms the worst at the bottom is the tell tale sign of Mg deficiency. The N deficiency has been reduced after a couple of feedings at around 225ppm N. Leaf loss has been drastically reduced the last couple of weeks with repeated feedings. She's still packing on weight, so Im refilling the reservoir with more nutrients for at least another week. Ill give the res ingredients in a later post for those curious. |

Day 52 Flowering Update
Before I begin the update, Id like to note that I made a mistake with the day of flowering on my last update. Day 47 was actually day 45.
It is now day 52, and these ladies look like two more weeks tops. The buds are very dense and sticky, and smell amazing. One of the two is easily my favorite smelling lady of all time. Hope the high can of exceptional quality as well. Im very happy with how dense they are compared to a Mr. Nice Shit F2 I harvested about 4 days ago, which is somewhat lacking, but this isn't about Shit. Its about CLS Romulan. Ive spoken with someone else here who is flowering out some CLS Romulan, and he raves about the speed with which they finish. He had only good things to say about his ladies, and said it was good for sleeplessness and pain. Two things Im looking for. I went out and bought me a tripod to help with the pictures. I hope it'll improve them. Here are some closeups of a bud I just took. Now I just need to upgrade to some macro lenses someday. Enjoy the pics. Time for me to go work in the garden. |

Lately all of my Romulan males have gone 'autoflower' on me now except for one which was off to the side of the room not in the direct light. Its since been killed in a fit of rage I had one night. I ripped the stem right in half and threw the opposite ends across the room. All because the plant fell over a few times while I was trying to vacuum. I may have rage issues...
Anyways onto the males. All of my Romulan males that are directly under the t5's have begun to flower. This is on 18 hours of light. I also have a Shit male forming sacks, as well as a Black Widow Male. My MangoHaze males are not showing, nor are 3 other black widow males. Has anyone else out there noticed this occurring with males they've kept around for awhile? Im not shocked the Romulan Males showed first. They are the fastest flowering plants I have in my garden. Ive had some of these males for a year now, and they're only beginning to flower under 18 hours of light. They used to be fine under 16 hours. Im gonna have to increase the hours to 20 and see how it goes from there I suppose. |

Day 60 Update
On the 16th, which was the 56th day of flowering, I was doing nanner inspections on my ladies, and one of my ladies failed her exam. I found two single nanners on her. One down below, and one near upper canopy. They've been plucked, and Ill allow her to continue flowering as she's got 7-14 days tops at this point.
If I were running a room of her only I wouldn't sweat it too much, but I do like to run my Haze hybrids, and other long flowering sativas too, so Ill give her clone a second run once it reveges. If she hermies a second go around, she's out of the garden. |
